Ticket Policies

Patrons with Special Needs

Call the Rozsa Box Office Manager at 487-2390 for seating arrangements.

Reservations

All ticket orders must be paid in full at the time the seats are held. All phone and online orders must be charged to a credit card before tickets will be mailed or held for pick up.

Refunds & Exchanges

There are no refunds on ticket purchases. If a performance is cancelled, arrangements will be made to refund all ticket holders.

Tickets may be exchanged for a fee of $1.50 per ticket from one performance to another performance of the same event. This fee will be waived for season subscribers. Tickets may not be exchanged between two different events.

Children

Many of our shows are targeted towards college and adult audiences. Occasionally our concerts are taped for future broadcast; a small child crying could ruin the recording. Please call us at (906) 487-3200 to determine whether a particular show is appropriate for children. We'll be happy to discuss our shows and help you make a decision about age suitability. After all, we'd like everyone in the audience to be happy and comfortable. And please do remember that every audience member (including small children and infants) must have a ticket.

Student Discounts

In addition to MTU students, babies, children, K–12 students, and people under the age of 18 qualify for a student discount on tickets. If you purchase a Michigan Tech Student ticket you must present a valid Michigan Tech Student ID.  The ID must be presented at the time of purchase and also at the door the night of performance.

Fees

All phone, mail, and fax orders will be charged a $1.50 per ticket handling fee. All MTU box office outlets will charge this fee for MTU performance tickets. If you would like to avoid this fee, please come in person to one of the MTU ticket outlets during the hours specified to purchase your tickets. All online ticket orders will be charged a fee of $1.50-$3.50 per ticket. For online tickets visit www.tickets.mtu.edu.

Late Seating

In consideration of our audience members and performers, there will be no late seating for Rozsa Center events. Please plan to arrive and be seated in a timely manner, as the doors will be closed and each performance will begin at its scheduled time. Thank you!
