Format and Rehearsal
Lecture Format - four (4) hour program period $500.00
Performance Format - eight (8) hour program period $1,000.00 vs. $1.50 per ticket (whichever is greater)
4 hour rehearsal period $300.00
  • This rate is for additional time required for rehearsal set-up and tear-down.
  • If additional lectures for an audience will take place, user will be charged for additional four-hour (4) lecture periods.
  • If additional performances will take place, user will be charged for additional eight-hour (8) performance periods.
Above Rates Include:

4 Stage Hands
1 Technical Supervisor
2 Box Office Clerks (not included in additional rehearsal periods)
1 Box Office Supervisor (not included in lecture format or additional non-performance periods)
4 Ushers for 4 hours each (not included in additional rehearsal period)
1 House Manager for 4 hours (not included in additional rehearsal period)
4 Weeks of ticketing service in Rozsa Center Box Office (not included in lecture format or additional non-performance periods)
Fees for Additional Staff (requirements determined by RCPA management)
Stage Hands per hour $9.80 each
Additional Box Office Fees
Charges to Lessee  
Additional time in box office (4 weeks included in base rental fee) $50.00 per week
Discount fee calculated on gross Visa, Mastercard, & Discover ticket sales 4%
Charges to Ticket Buyers  
$1.50 per ticket fee for all phone, mail, fax, e-mail orders.
Up to $4.50 per ticket for all internet sales. Please ask the Box Office Manager for a schedule of internet fees that would apply to your event. Fees are based on ticket price. Not all events are charged the maximum fee.

Dance Floor $50.00
Fog Machine
(includes one CO2 canister and one stage hand)		 $100.00

CO2 for Fog Machine $18.00 / canister
Follow Spot, each (includes stage hand) $100.00 - up to 8 hours
Intelligent Lighting (includes stage hand) $200.00 - up to 16 hours

Backline
Rozsa Drum Kit (set-up to be done by drummer) $25.00
Piano (tuning is additional) $75.00
