The Czech Philharmonic Chamber Orchestra
The celebrated Czech Philharmonic Chamber Orchestra (CPCO) is critically acclaimed for the sound of its “Czech Strings,” upholding the Czech tradition of sensitivity to sonority and unique tone color. Soloists for this 30th anniversary tour are the much-recorded oboist Jana Brozkova (solo oboe of the Czech Philharmonic) and the young Czech violin virtuoso Barbora Kolárová. The program includes works by Mozart, von Dittersdorf, Zelenka, and Albinoni.
