Friends of the Rozsa

The Rozsa Center for the Performing Arts is committed to presenting world class performances for Michigan Tech and the surrounding communities. The Friends of the Rozsa membership program is an annual fund that helps support programming and operations, helps keep ticket prices affordable, provides special programs for area schools, and ensures that the strength and variety of today’s Great Events Series and Fine Arts Department productions will continue to enrich our campus and surrounding communities in the years to come.

Friend

  • $50, $25 for students (full amount tax deductible)
  • Purchase single tickets during Member Courtesy Days before tickets go on sale to the general public.

Patron

  • $100 (full amount tax deductible)
  • Above benefits, plus priority on box office waiting lists for sold out events (by membership level).

Advocate

  • $200 (all but $25 tax deductible)
  • Above benefits, plus purchase events at a 10% discount during Member Courtesy Days.

Pacesetter

  • $500 (all but $50 tax deductible)
  • Above benefits, plus two complimentary tickets to a Rozsa Great Events Series or Fine Arts Department event.

Rozsa Angel

  • $1,000 (all but $100 tax deductible)
  • Above benefits, plus special Dinner with the Artists and personal ticket manager for ticketing and special requests.

Rozsa Circle

  • $2,500 (all but $125 tax deductible)
  • Above benefits, plus guaranteed seats up to one week prior to performances and two complimentary tickets to a second Rozsa Great Events Series or Fine Arts Department Event.

Underwriter

  • $5,000 (all but $150 tax deductible)
  • Above benefits, plus sponsorship of Fine Arts Department Event, ten complimentary tickets to the sponsored event, as well as recognition in programs and publicity.

All proceeds from the Friends program help defray operating expenses. At least 25% of each year’s membership fees will be placed in a permanent endowment to guarantee the long-term viability of the Rozsa Center. Membership is an annual contribution that is tax deductible to the extent provided by the law.
